3D Printing & Rapid Prototyping Lab Resources

Powered by a generous gift from the Farley family, the Ford Rapid Prototyping Lab hosts an array of cutting-edge, additive manufacturing technology tools. These tools enable students to create complex models quickly and use a wide range of materials, including strong rigid plastics, flexible and optically clear polymers, colored models with graphics, and models made with multiple materials. It is located in the sub-basement of the Ford Motor Company Engineering Design Center, room SB 310.

Lab Hours

Lab hours are posted quarterly along with office hours appointments. Please email the lab for more information.
